Register a Representative Proxy

Department Representatives are required to attend all GSO meetings.

If a Department Representative misses a meeting, no funding applicants from that department will be considered for GSO funding at that meeting.

Representatives may enlist a proxy representative to fill in for them if they are unable to attend a meeting.

Please use this form to indicate a Department Representative Proxy if you are unable to attend.
